PART T1 — Website Use & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hi-Tech PDR website, including but not limited to https://www.hi-techpdr.com (the “Website”), and any content, features, or services made available through the Website.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website, including without limitation individuals submitting contact requests, insurance-related information, employment applications, documents, or other materials.

Hi-Tech PDR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The Website is provided for informational and business purposes only. Use of the Website does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship between you and Hi-Tech PDR.

PART T8 — Age Restriction (18+)

PART T9 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Website, the Content, or your use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Illinois, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts, including any claim that such forum is inconvenient, improper, or that venue should be transferred to another jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section shall prevent Hi-Tech PDR from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other legal rights.

 

PART T10 — Modifications, Severability & Entire Agreement

Hi-Tech PDR reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued access to or use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hi-Tech PDR regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
